Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, our roots run deep in culture, community, and the belief that spaces shape people. Culture isn’t just something we admire, it’s something we’ve spent our lives building.

Justin is a pastor and AI consultant, living at the intersection of faith, technology, and innovation. Courtney is a organizational development leader with a deep love for helping people and organizations thrive. Together, we’ve spent years studying, shaping, and stewarding culture—how it’s formed, how it’s felt, and how it can transform lives.

Kindled & Grounded was born from that shared passion. A love for robotics and technology. A reverence for candles and coffee as sacred, everyday rituals. A belief that creativity, warmth, and curiosity belong in the same room. This space is where all of those worlds meet.

While Milwaukee shaped us, Napa County is home. We’re proud residents of this community, raising our son Camden who reminds us daily to lead with joy, play, and imagination. We built Kindled & Grounded as a place where families, friends, and neighbors can gather, create, and connect.
